Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

We strive to make your experience with us worry-free and hassle-free! As a small start-up, we are not yet able to provide free shipping for returns, but it is something we are working on. In the meantime, your feedback and satisfaction is very important to us. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any feedback, concerns, or just want to say hello.

We want our customers to be completely satisfied with the experience with TJULA Design. If you are not happy with the item you receive, no problem! Drop us a line at and let us take care of you.

All Canadian returns are now pre-paid. Contact with your order number to receive return shipping labels.

We ask that the returned item be unworn and unwashed in the same condition that you received it. Also need the proof of purchase for the returned goods. 

Once your return is received, we will let you know that we have received your returned item and will process your refund asap. A credit will automatically be applied to the credit card used at the purchase, or original method of payment (for example, coupon code), within a certain amount of days.

If you purchase the wrong size, or receive any defective or damaged items, don't worry! We will replace it for free as long as they are in stock. If you need to exchange your purchase for the same item, send us an email at and send your item to:

If we are not able to exchange the item for you, we will provide a full refund or discount code after we receive the returned items in unused condition. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
